Examining the factors affecting teachers’ use of digital learning resources with UTAUT2

Digital learning resources include various tools and applications that effectively plan evaluate instructions, increase student learning, make the teaching process more efficient. Although digital are compatible with Generation Z students’ paths used to planning, implementation, evaluation practical, teachers do not frequently use them. This study aimsto determine predictive powers of variables within framework UTAUT2 model for teachers’ intention their behavior Teaching Resources. In line research purpose, data from 355 working at different education levels were collected through scale. model, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Performance Expectancy, Effort Price Value, Habit exogenous variables. Furthermore, Use Behavioris endogenous Behavioral Intention is mediator variable. Path analysis was determining level mediating According results, materials predicted by Habit. Similarly, Behavior Extrinsic directly explain 81% variance in Intention, while or indirectly 67% Behavior.
